Growing up in the small town of Newman, CA, I got my first lessons in entrepreneurship from watching my grandfather, a pharmacist, run the family-owned drug store. I was shown at a very early age that service, really great service, was the very thing that could convince a customer to walk through your door.
I took that lesson to heart, and have spent the better part of my life dedicated to what I love, engineering. Every day I bring with me that scrappy, small business work ethic, and a service-focused mentality to our firm. In an industry that's known for its competitiveness, there's no other way to walk through the door. I have high expectations for our people, because I know our clients have high expectations for our work.
Our people are the heart and soul of this firm. We've built a team of talented professionals, who are able to think critically and solve problems - not create them. The awards, the recognition, the successful projects, are all because someone gave their very best to a client. It's a great privilege to work with people who care that much.

In 1958, George Blair hung his shingle outside a small office space in downtown Fresno, California. Since then, each founder has uniquely shaped Blair, Church & Flynn into what we are today, and how we approach the future.
George's competitive spirit spurs us to provide clients with the best possible deliverables, and to never settle for second best. A focus on providing excellent service to our clients, and going the extra mile on their behalf, speaks to Ken Church's methodical drive to be a trusted advisor. And being personable, as well as knowledgeable, with a keen interest in truly understanding each client's unique needs, were lessons taught by Mike Flynn each and every day
